Verification Mass Production
Before the mass production starts, we ensure that the key indicators such as the anti-slip performance and the durability of the shock-absorbing layer of the grip meet the standards through high-frequency fatigue tests, environmental temperature and humidity simulations, and actual impact verification. Meanwhile, we rehearsed the production rhythm and quality inspection nodes to ensure that both performance and efficiency met the standards when the orders were delivered.
Environmental adaptability
Tested under extreme temperature ( 80℃) and humidity conditions to verify the material stability and grip comfort.
Durability test
Simulate high-intensity continuous swinging for more than 5,000 times to ensure that the anti-slip texture and shock-absorbing layer of the grip do not deform over long-term use.
Mechanical property test
Through equipment such as torque testers and pressure testing machines, ensure that the impact resistance and structural strength of the grip meet the competition requirements.
